Special seminar and workshop on SROI
under the GSB x BUUIC local community development project
In the frame of GSB x BUUIC Local Community Development Project, Burapha University International College has invited the experience guest speaker Mr. Skun Sirikit, Head of the Center for Environmental Impact Assessment, Academic Service Center of Burapha University to provide a seminar and workshop in the topic of Social Return on Investment (SROI) on local community development measurement and assessment in the project on Friday 28 April 2023.
In the purpose of knowledge advancement to students who are involved in this GSB X BUUIC activities and support the PDCA process of project implementation. Moreover, all academia and students who attended this training will evidently understand on contribution to the local communities for sustainable society development.
Following this matter, the participants will be able to apply in a scheme of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) as follows: SDG4 Quality Education i.e., lifelong learning and public event under the project, SDG8 Decent Work and Economic Growth for example increasing of living wage of community by the product sold in accordance with project implementation, and SDG11 Sustainable Cities and Communities e.g., arts and heritage contribution, and record and preserve cultural heritage of the destination at eventually. In the purpose of knowledge advancement to students those are involving in this GSB X BUUIC activities and support the PDCA process of project implementation. Moreover, all academia and students who attended in this training will be evidently understood on contribution to the local communities for the sustainable society development.
