On 19 May 2023, researchers from Burapha University International College, the Faculty of Fine Arts, the Faculty of Geoinformatics, and the Faculty of Arts and Performance collaborated with Chulalongkorn University and Saensuk Municipality to organize a seminar about low-carbon tourism development in Chonburi. The seminar is part of a research project studying innovative operations management striving for net-zero carbon hotels for sustainable tourism in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). As part of the event, several entrepreneurs shared their opinions and their intentions to participate in the project. Because of this collaboration effort, we expect that Saensuk city will be recognized as a low-carbon tourist destination soon.
