Sharing Book Project

The Burapha University Library recognizes the importance of promoting lifelong learning for its users. Therefore, it has organized the “Sharing Book” project to encourage lifelong learning and to share donated books or free informational resources. These resources are obtained through donations from individuals and various organizations, featuring a diverse range of content, including both academic and general books that disseminate knowledge, information about the organization, publications for significant occasions, and inspirational materials. These books are considered valuable informational resources that promote a love for reading and lifelong learning, while also maximizing the value of donated books or free informational resources.

            Objectives:

1. To promote reading and lifelong learning for students and the general public.
2. To encourage various departments within the university to have suitable and diverse informational resources for lifelong learning.

3. To create value for unused donated books by passing them on to other organizations.

            Summary :

The “Sharing Book” project aims to create a collaborative network with university departments to promote reading and lifelong learning for students and the general public. Two departments participated: the Faculty of Business Administration and Burapha University Hospital. A total of 450 books were donated, including health-related books, business management books, and general knowledge books.
