The activities for the development of Ban Khlong Plu and Ban Takhian Thong communities in Khao Khitchakut district, Chanthaburi Province
The majority of the population in both communities are engaged in agriculture, with a significant group practicing organic farming (vegetables and chicken eggs). There are natural tourist attractions, and a considerable number of local villagers (Chao Chong) reside in the Ban Takhian Thong and Ban Khlong Plu areas. Based on the assessment of the potential in the area, the Faculty of Gems has initiated the development of Ban Khlong Plu and Ban Takhian Thong communities in Khao Khitchakut district, Chanthaburi province, under the “Driving the Economy and Society Post-COVID with BCG (U2T for BCG)” program. The initiative includes the following:
Organizing activities to develop, promote, and drive the BCG economy of the community in a systematic and sustainable manner.

Conducting Data Analytics activities and promoting the utilization of valuable community data from the Thailand Community Big Data (TCD) in the area.
The Faculty of Gems act to provide knowledge and promote the development of communication media and various online marketing techniques to enhance the distribution of community products to consumers. This effort aims to increase the sale of community goods and foster sustainable collaboration among community members to create a network of relationships.
