Battle against Learning Loss: Agenda for All

 

      The mission of the Faculty of Education (EDU) is to provide academic services to the community and other related aspects to contribute to a knowledge-based society. Therefore, the EDU organized the webinar under the theme “Battle against Learning Loss: Agenda for All: The Battle against Learning Crisis:  An Agenda for All” during October 22-23, 2022, which consisted of 13 topics. The purposes of this program were to provide new knowledge and skills to educators during the semester break, create equal and inclusive educational opportunities, and support lifelong learning for educators.

      In this event, EDU is the host to provide the program and find a new collaboration of the Teachers’ Council of Thailand (Khurusapha) and two cohost universities, namely the Faculty of Education, Nakhon Phanom University, and the Faculty of Education, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. There are supported faculty members to become free speakers.

 

       A total of 2,322 attendants consisted of four occupations; There were 1,993 Teachers (85.83%) had the highest percentage, followed by 240 educators (10.34%), other including 87 students (3.75%) and two private businesses (0.08%) respectively.

       The result showed that the participants ‘satisfaction was significantly at a very good level (4.74). The highest satisfaction was gaining knowledge and understanding of the topics undertaken (4.75), and participants can adapt the knowledge to the class (4.74).

        2. Burapha University has a strengthen academic image and show social responsibility.

        3. Faculty of Education, Burapha University promote the faculty’s curriculums and find new collaborations in academic activities.

        4. Faculty of Education, Burapha University exchange knowledge among universities.
