To ensure inclusive and equitable education, Burapha University International College (BUUIC) held the event titled ‘BUUIC Study Abroad Fair 2023’ on Wednesday, 8 November 2023. In the morning, the event featured guest speakers Mr. Zach MacDonald (Representative from the University of the West of England or UWE, UK) and Mr. Chikit Chen, CEO of Fastwork and famous influencer in Thailand. Mr. MacDonald and Mr. Cheong shared their international/intercultural experiences living and working in different parts of the world, as well as valuable suggestions about building passion. This particular sharing session helped build a lifelong learning journey for the students who joined the session. In the afternoon, there was an international education booth exhibition. Each booth represented BUU and BUUIC international partners from around the world. Though they were from different institutions and countries, they shared the same goals, which were to foster affordable quality education as well as to offer partial and full scholarships. No student should be in debt or feel economically challenged to earn a quality education. Besides, students actively and collaboratively joined the cultural games at the exhibition and earned rewards, including notes designed as boarding passes and homemade ice cream.
