Sports Nutrition Workshop Training Program 2024

The Faculty of Allied Health Sciences produces graduates in health sciences to support Thailand’s public health policy. Under the vision of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Burapha University, which aims to be “a leading source of medical personnel in Thailand with a focus on wellness sciences,” the faculty has a mission in academic services and social support. The Department of Nutrition and Dietetics aims to promote overall health and wellness, free from diseases, in all individuals’ bodies and minds. Nutrition and diet are fundamental in building and developing people of all ages and genders. Thus, the body needs adequate nutrients, especially athletes, who must maintain peak health to compete and confidently achieve victories for themselves and the nation. Sports nutrition is crucial in enhancing athletic performance, structure, and physique. Proper nutrition reduces disruptions to these functions, with the key being a diverse diet that includes all essential macronutrients, vitamins, and minerals.
