The Public Lecture Project "HUSO SPIRIT:
Achieving Gender Equality and Empowering All Women and Girls

           In celebration of Burapha University’s 69th anniversary, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences organized a public lecture series on the theme “Achieving Gender Equality and Enhancing the Role of All Women and Girls (SDG5).” The events, featuring esteemed lecturers from the Faculty, are scheduled as follows:

– “Stateless Female Students: Opportunities in Life and Education” by Dr. Supatra kaopradit Supchunkul
– “Gender and Cultural Heritage in the Past and Present” by Dr. Chonchanok Samrit
– “The Role of Women in Buddhism” by Asst. Prof. Dr. Chainarong Srimanta and Asst. Prof. Dr. Boonrod Boonkerd
– “Gender and the Attainment of Enlightenment: Equality in the Supramundane Path” by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Montree Wiwasukh

– “Why Do We Drive Diversity and Gender Equality?” by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kangwan Fongkaew
– “Human Intelligence: Similarities and Differences Between Men and Women” by Asst. Prof. Dr. Peera Wongupparaj
– “Thoughts, Beliefs, and Roles of Japanese Women from the Past to the Present” by Asst. Prof. Kamalas Keeratinanwattana

This lecture series aims to raise awareness about achieving gender equality and enhancing the roles of women and girls. It is intended for faculty, students, and the general public.
